Located in downtown Ashland, WI near the Vaughn Library and Bretting Center, our business incubtaor may be a great fit for you. We still have a few spaces for individual offices or light manufacturing.  Consider joining the local and regional businesses that are already here in our 60,000 sq ft facility inside the Ashland Area Enterprise Center. 

REvolving Loan Fund

AADC works with traditional lenders to help your new or existing business get a loan for equipment, hiring staff, purchasing or leasing space, and more. A Revolving Loan means that as you pay back your loan, we can use the funds to assist other entrepreneurs. Pretty cool, huh?
